Greenland Summit - The Right Questions

Simon is passionate about equipping people to be more effective. He loves to create an environment where people can think creatively and turn dreams into reality.  This drive, coupled with his broad experience and inquisitive nature, led him to becoming a coach and developing The Right Questions decision making process.

Simon learnt the importance of asking the questions and making good decisions while serving as a bomb disposal officer. Since then he has applied his knowledge across various sectors and businesses, equipping individuals and organisations to ask ‘The Right Questions’ in order to make good decisions, develop strategy, formulate plans and enable people to become more effective at achieving their goals.

Simon is a graduate of Edinburgh University and is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, having led expeditions to various remote parts of the globe.
