In language why refers to reason. It prompts questions such as why me, why do I like certain things, and why should I pursue this particular career or goal? The ‘Why?’ represents our values. Our answers to the ‘why’ question reveal our beliefs and worldview. Knowing our principles shows us what we care about most and helps us prioritise and make good decisions.
